David Lasier has more than 30 years’ experience in the wireless industry as an engineer, entrepreneur, and executive. Dave’s wireless career began at Motorola, where he developed mobile communications radio infrastructure, and continued with BellSouth Enterprises in 1990, where he led their international engineering organization during a period of rapid expansion. In 1995, Mr. Lasier established the first of a string of wireless businesses he would found and lead all the way through to their successful sale, including: TWS, an international engineering firm; Bulletin Wireless, a mobile application company; Blue Sky Communications, a mobile network operator; and ClearSky, a wireless broadband service provider.
Tom Tanis has over 35 years of experience in finance, operations and investment banking in the technology and communications industries. He is an integral member of the senior management team responsible for financial management strategy and planning operations. Prior to Enersphere, Tom served as Managing Director at First Philadelphia, LLC, a private merchant banking firm; CFO for E Green Technologies, Inc., an airship technology company; and as CFO for Blue Sky Communications and Panamtel, both international mobile network operators.

Jeff Welch is a technical management professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering management, product development and project management of applying people, process, problem solving, and technical skills to improve individual, team and organizational performance. He leads cross-functional teams with diverse technical and business backgrounds to develop and implement technology based business solutions. He has started two technology companies in the wireless networking and biometric authentication markets, and specializes in fast tracking product development projects from inception to delivery.
